You’ll get alerts when you hit 80%, 95%, and 100% of your storage capacity. If you go over, don’t worry, you can still add test cases and attachments, but additional storage will come with a clear cost.
- For users already over the limit: You’ll receive an email letting you know, with a 1-month grace period to adjust before any charges kick in. Charges will appear in the next billing cycle and be listed as a separate line item on your invoice.
- For annual subscribers: Extra storage costs will be deducted from your pre-paid amount, which may impact your renewal timeline.
